Can I see a list of ingredients of what exactly is in each cocktail kit?

Yes! We list all ingredients of the contents in each of the cocktail kits on the website. We are quite conscious of food allergies, religious dietary laws and dietary restrictions and will try our best to let you know exactly what is going into your cocktails.

What if I place an order and it is sold out?

Please check back to see if the item has been restocked or send us an email with your specific kit request and we'll do our best to fulfill it.

Do you ever have Special Offers or Promotions?

Definitely. If you sign up for our email blasts, you will be aware of all special offers and promotions.

Will you make custom boxes?

When will my order arrive?

Orders take 3-5 days to process. Once your package is picked up, it may take 1-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Will I receive an email with a tracking number so I can track my package?

I would like to send a cocktail kit as a gift. Can I have a card included in the package?

Yes, definitely. Please write your note in the "Order Notes" section at checkout and we will handwrite your note and include it when we ship your gift.

Will my gift be wrapped?

Your cocktail kit will not be wrapped even if it is a gift.

Do you send to PO boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please check our Terms of Service to see where your delivery will be accepted.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All orders are final sale. If your cocktail kit or kits arrive broken or not as expected, our team will work with you to find a solution. We want you to be happy and excited when you receive our cocktail kits! Please let us know within two days of your package arrival by contacting us at info@twistyourspirits.com. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I know you are keeping my personal information private?

Do you store my credit card information?

We do not. That is your personal property. You will need to enter your credit card number each time you make a purchase.

What is the shelf life of my cocktail kit?

Please refer to "Our Makers" section on our site. It will mention whether contents need to be refrigerated after opening or how long they last in the box.

I have fallen in love with one of the cocktails but want to make more than 8, what can I do?

We offer larger size bottles of our syrups and shrubs as well as packages of some of our garnishes for you to purchase. And more are being added everyday so please check back if you can't find what you're looking for.
