It's 4:45 Somewhere

Here's the thing - the saying is, "It's 5:00 somewhere" right?  Because at 5pm, it's socially acceptable to start drinking.  For some people. I suppose that's a normal time to whip up a cocktail.  News flash - I'm not normal. I was recently on vacation with my family (read: a TRIP not a vacation) and I saw a sign in a store and I got so excited. It read, "It's 4:45 somewhere".  Now, my family contains twins.  Four year old twins. And for me personally, 5pm is just a smidge too late....
