There are many versions of the meaning of empowerment but we like this one best, "to make (someone) stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life". We might be pushing it with the "controlling your life" a bit, but you get the picture. What does "empowerment" have to do with our company? As you read, you will see that it has everything to do with who we are here at Twist Your Spirits.

Our mission, since Day One, was to make mixology more accessible to the public and remove any intimidation from cocktail creation. We are more than just ingredients in a box, we are an opportunity to create your own cocktail experience, wherever you may be. We know that you probably frequent the many bars and restaurants in your city or neighborhood and chances are you take advantage of their incredible cocktail programs. We certainly hope you do, because eating out and enjoying cocktails made by talented mixologists are fun and memorable experiences. In fact, you just might want to recreate those experiences at home. But then what? Do a li-ttle bit of nerves set in? Do you start to question yourself on whether or not you can pull it off? It's likely that the answer is a tiny bit of "yes".

Twist Your Spirits wants to help put the confidence and power back into your hands and make entertaining easier and with less stress. Our kits have been curated by top mixologists who have simplified the process down to a few ingredients with easy to follow recipes. Small batch mixers, "top of the line" bitters and beautiful garnishes are all in our kit, so you know you are building a cocktail with only the best of ingredients and finishing them off in style. The only thing you add is the alcohol and some TLC. A couple of minutes is all you need to make your cocktails(of course, add a second or two to snap a shot for Instagram!) We promise that your guests will be so impressed, you will feel empowered for creating something fun and delicious, but most importantly, you can "own it".
